The products are handmade and unique from high-quality glass. The production technology is fusing – a process of joining pieces of colored glass troth melting. It’s a general term used to describe several techniques. The main difference between tack fusing and full fusing is operational temperature, which lends different results.

Glass art items are kept away from heat sources and sudden temperature changes. Do not heat up, given the fusing technology; the products are made by connecting individual pieces of glass in a common mass at high temperatures. Additional heating can cause stress and cracks in the glass. It is preferable to clean them by hand. If it is used only as a decorative object, it is enough to wipe it with a damp cotton or microfiber cloth. Do not wash in the dishwasher. You can also use glass cleaners.

When packing the ordered item, we take care to prevent it from breaking, and the forwarding company has been warned about the transport of fragile material. Regardless of the measures taken, there could always be a problem. Please, upon receiving the shipment, carefully unpack and if there is any problem, take a photo so we can assess its condition and the reason for it. Once I get the image, we will offer you a solution.

The panel will include fixings for wall mounting and complete instructions. This is similar to hanging mirror attachments and is relatively easy to do. This is the buyer’s responsibility, and we are not responsible if the piece breaks during assembly. A new piece can be made at the total price payable by the buyer.

It is necessary to hold a meeting or to clarify the client’s requirements through correspondence. The most important thing is that he gets an idea of the possibilities of the material to get what he wants. My main goal is for the client to enjoy the process and love the result. If necessary, the client comes to my studio or receives photos of the stages of production. We discuss color range, relief, and vision. If the client is outside the borders of the Republic of Bulgaria, the clarifications are made with a sufficient number and high-quality photographic material.

We aim to ship within 2 working days of purchase, except custom and ordered items, further agreed with the customer.
