1. Right of withdrawal
On the basis of Art. 50 of the Consumer Protection Act, a buyer who has the status of a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act has the right, within 14 days of delivery, without owing compensation or penalty and without giving a reason, to withdraw from the concluded contract by returning the ordered goods.
2. Conditions for returning purchased goods
The conditions are listed cumulatively (all listed must be present in order to exercise the relevant right):
● compliance with the deadline specified in item 1;
● notification of the seller by email at info@jgglassart.com with an attached completed order cancellation form, necessarily indicating the bank account to which the amount paid by him for the goods to be returned will be refunded; In addition to email, the form should also be sent together with the goods;
● storage of the goods in their original condition at the time of receipt;
● the goods must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as a receipt/invoice/goods receipt/sales document;
●the transport costs for returning the goods are borne by the buyer, and until the moment of the return of the goods by the consumer, the risk of accidental loss or damage is borne entirely by the consumer;
● the goods must be returned with an option for inspection;
● the goods are returned without cash on delivery, as shipments sent with cash on delivery are not accepted;

3. Refund
If a consumer exercises their right under Art. 50 of the ZPA and provided that the above conditions have been met, “Gaudi” OOD refunds in full the amount paid for the purchase of the goods, including the transport costs incurred by the consumer to receive it to the address specified by him (if such were charged and only up to the amount of the standard delivery value) within 14 calendar days, counting from the date of return of the goods.
The amounts paid by the consumer for returned goods with damaged packaging, broken items, scratches, impacts, or signs of use are not subject to refund.
Goods whose return/claim cannot be accepted (for example: if it is sent after the specified deadline, if it is not accompanied by a receipt, if it is not in good commercial condition, or if it has undergone any processing) will be sent back to the customer at his expense.
A person who is a third party upon receipt of the shipment and is not the main payer for it is not entitled to a claim.
For orders that have been paid in advance, sent and not claimed, not picked up, and returned to the office of “Gaudi” Ltd., the amount will be refunded to the customer who made the payment, withholding the delivery in both directions.
Regardless of the payment method chosen during the purchase, the amounts subject to refund are refunded only to the bank account specified in the return form.
